"I started in this job at the beginning of my senior year (sort of), and worked in it for a little over a year leading up to my graduation. I learned so much doing this job and the experience I gained here was 100% the reason I found a job after graduating. Without this, my resume would have been pathetic and I don't think I would have been able to find anything. You learn what you need here to land a junior position.
