Assign – The office managers will distribute the verification of devices based on who they assume will have the most information about the device in the web application.

Verify– College employees confirm/change the user + location information about the devices to inform the physical audit in a web application.

Device Audit – FHSS Computing team gathers all necessary information about the devices by going from device to device in a physical audit of each device.
