  • Capital Asset Tag: Not an FHSS barcode. There should be two barcodes if it has one of these; we want the other barcode, not the yellow tag.

  • Device assignment rules:

    Only Non-Student Employees can be a device owner. As such, as a manager of a team of a students those devices are under your assignment as well.
    Devices that need to be reassigned due to a missing owner are assigned to Office Manager.
    Lab devices for teaching Labs are assigned to Office Managers of the department the Lab is assigned to unless the lab is assigned to a particular responsible party.
